The service

DarkOps is software to plan and produce YouTube channel videos (app.darkops.app, DarkOps Companion and the Chrome extension). By subscribing to or using DarkOps you agree to these terms.

Account

Your account is created when you subscribe. It is personal (or your company's) and may not be shared; you are responsible for keeping it secure. Each person is entitled to one free trial.

Plans, free trial and billing

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with all features. Your card is collected up front; the first charge happens on day 8 for the plan and period you chose (monthly, semiannual or yearly), and the subscription renews automatically. Prices are on the pricing page, in your country's currency. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time in Settings → Subscription. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged. After a charge, access continues until the end of the paid period. If you ask within 7 days of your first charge, we refund it in full. Otherwise, periods already started are not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you produce and publish, and must respect copyright and the rules of YouTube and the AI services you use. You may not use DarkOps for illegal or deceptive content, or try to bypass limits, free trials or the service's security.

Your content

What you create is yours. Your media files stay on your computer; we keep only what the service needs to work.

Third-party services

Integrations with AI services, YouTube and Google Flow use your own accounts and follow those services' terms.

Availability and changes

We may change or remove features. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from your next renewal.

Liability

DarkOps is a production tool: we do not guarantee audience or monetization. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by the law of your country.
